Job Purpose:
To coordinate the delivery of effective Artificial Intelligence training programs and solutions tailored to the customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of the University’s AI Training Strategy for the support and growth of AI capabilities and skills of customers in Abu Dhabi and UAE.
- Assist in administrating ‘needs based’ assessments towards identifying capacity building programs to be provided.
- Coordinate the logistics and administration for effective and efficient training program delivery of AI training services for the targeted customers.
- Review of AI training services and market intelligence research and studies to ensure alignment with the market and the future trends in AI training requirements in conjunction with the Engagement Services organizational units.
- Follow through the content development with faculty.
- Support in planning and the delivery of the training courses to the set expectations and at outstanding standard.
- Conduct user satisfaction surveys and provide a high-level satisfaction repot to faculty and the division.
- Coordinate with the Marketing and Communication unit for the exchange and submission of the required information for the development of promotional and training-related material and the planning and implementation of any related events.
- Ensure continuous improvement across all services of the Artificial Intelligence Training Services function.
- Undertake any other related duties as assigned by the line manager.
Academic Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Educational Technology, Training and Development, or Engineering Degree is preferable or equivalent. A master’s degree will be preferable.
Professional Experience:
- 4-6 years of training experience.
